AFTER a mediocre 2009-10 campaign, Kiyovu Coach Jean Marie Ntagwabira is now convinced his team can push for next season’s Primus league title after making two high profile signings.

The former APR coach has brought in Atraco striker Dadi Birori and left back Godfrey Katerega and still expects to sign three more players.

"We made lots of mistakes last season and they cost but we have brought in two players with experience,” he said.

"We are still in the market and expect to sign three more players before we can get down to serious business.”

The Nyamirambo-based side went on a shopping spree last season prompting many people to brand them the Manchester City, but like the Premier league side, they failed to challenge finishing in a distant fourth place.

Kiyovu last won the league title back in 1993.
