Why won’t bus fares be reduced?
Editor, It’s a strange time to be a public transport commuter. Whenever there is a slight increase in fuel prices, bus fares increase. I guess this makes sense.

It’s a strange time to be a public transport commuter. Whenever there is a slight increase in fuel prices, bus fares increase. I guess this makes sense.
However, when there is a decrease in prices, the ATRACO rates remain the same. Can someone please explain this to me?
