RUSIZI - MTN-Rwanda on Wednesday launched a service centre that will extend various services to it’s customers in Rusizi District in the Western Province.

The centre, worth Rwf43m, will offer Internet, mobile money transfer, SIM swaps, among other services.
MTN initiated the new service centre as a way reaching out to their customers in Kamembe and neighboring areas, according to officials.

"We aim at giving excellent customer care to our clients from the shortest distance possible,” said Annie Bilenge, a Senior Manager within the MTN-Rwanda distribution department.

Meanwhile, MTN also handed over a Rwf10 million cheque to the Bebeza Cash winner, Dorothe Mujawamariya, who was all smiles as she received her cheque.

"Three months back, when I received the good news through a phone call, I doubted whether this was true,” an excited Mujawamariya said.

Norman Munyampundu, Senior Manager MTN customers operations, called upon Kamembe residents to effectively make use of the new service centre and its staff.

"In the past, people would call Kigali for every simple service. But with this new service centre, people should join and reap from MTN services,” said Munyampundu.

MTN also encouraged customers to buy their products to increase their chances of winning prizes and money from the ongoing Bebeza promotion.
