Sgt. Robert to electrify Liberation Day

THE lead singer in the Army Jazz Band Sgt Robert is set to liven up the Liberation Day celebrations, slated for July 4 at the Amahoro Stadium. The star will be launching his first album titled ‘Kama Jeshi’ and it is alleged to be a historic concert featuring numerous local and Ugandan artists.

THE lead singer in the Army Jazz Band Sgt Robert is set to liven up the Liberation Day celebrations, slated for July 4 at the Amahoro Stadium.

The star will be launching his first album titled ‘Kama Jeshi’ and it is alleged to be a historic concert featuring numerous local and Ugandan artists.

Local artists include, The Brothers, The Ben, Kitoko, Meddy, Rafiki and Tom Close and the The Army Jazz Band. While Uganda’s songbird Cindy, formerly from Blue 3 and the ‘Bwekiri’ star, Rabadaba will give the concert an East African flavour.

Tickets will be sold in two different classes, Rwf 2000 for ordinary seats and Rwf 5000 for the VIP area.
