I want to congratulate the Ruhengeri Institute of Higher Education-(INES) who, on Wednesday, held its first graduation ceremony where 361 students graduated with degrees in various disciplines.

Now the students that have received these degrees must use them in a manner that uplifts them and the community at large. Don’t be job seekers, but rather be job creators.

You entered a competitive job market and its up to you to prove your mettle. I wish all the graduates luck.
