Like men who feel confident wearing shorts, every woman needs to feel attractive and confident in whatever clothes she chooses to wear. However, there are limitations to wearing specific  clothes like minis in certain societies.

Society Magazine’s LINDA MBABAZI talked to some Kigali dwellers who shared their opinions on whether women should be criticised for wearing skimpy clothes .

"Women should be able to dress the way they please, and if someone has a problem with their style, they should learn how to deal with it rather than force women to dress in a way that they prescribe as being appropriate.”
