Meilleur Murindabigwi, the Director of a local vernacular website, www.igihe.com, says Rwanda’s gospel artists are doing tremendously great.

Murindabigwi’s acclaiming accounts come after a number of local gospel artists have been nominated and voted for gospel music awards.

Recently, The Sisters, a local female gospel group was voted the Best Gospel music group from Rwanda during the Groove Awards in Kenya, while many others have been nominated in different categories both in local and regional music awards.

"Rwanda’s gospel music industry has reached to an amazing stage,” Murindabigwi said, "However, some artists lack confidence to deal with the media.”
