Emmanuel Ruremesha thinks that winning Saturday’s MTN Peace Cup final against APR will be the biggest moment in his managerial career.

The 38 year old who will be making 10 years in the profession has never won a trophy as a head coach and is desperate to return the blues to their glory days.

"The pressure is on us to win on Saturday. It is the only chance for us to become heroes before our fans by giving them a trophy which they haven’t seen in over five years.”

"Personally, I have not won such a trophy as head coach and winning it will be the biggest moment in my career,”

Ruremesha, who was Sam Timbe’s assistant at Atraco said. The Amavubi assistant coach also confirmed that attacking midfielder Aphrodis Hakizimana a.k.a Kanombe will not take part in the final after sustaining an injury during yesterday’s training session.

"He is out of the final. We don’t know what kind of injury it is at the moment but the medics have not given him any chance,” Ruremesha said.

Ruremesha joined Rayon in March on a three month contract after the resignation of Batista Kayiranga.
