Born on the 5TH February 1984 in India, He attained a Diploma in Hotel Management and has been living in Rwanda for a year.

"I begin work at 11:30am -3:00pm and then obtain a break; I resume work at 6:30pm – 10:30pm Ajeesh narrates
The Indian Chef restaurant offers a variety of Indian Cuisine especially the Southern and Northern kind of recipes and the Chinese Cuisine.

"Most people think that Indian food contains a lot of hot pepper, however the North Indian cuisine does not contain hot pepper and hot spices because it’s usually sweet,” Ajeesh explains

He said: "We offer the food depending on the kind the client wants since they usually take a short period of time to prepare them,  incase they prefer more spices and hot pepper the then they are added

There are no food colors in whatever I cook and the food is always freshly made because it’s prepared after the customer has ordered hence reasonably healthy eating.”

He has widely learnt Kinyarwanda especially the Kitchen words and finds it really interesting.

Regarding the common statement that ‘Men are the best Chefs in the World’ He said "It’s because Men speed up what ever they do; a hungry person is an angry One consequently when someone has ordered food they expect to have it as quick as possible.”

"My specialty cascade in the South Indian Cuisine especially the Chef special Biriyani that comprises of Rice, Indian Spices, cash nuts, Kisimiss, Beef, Mutton and chicken,” Ajeesh stresses

His favorite dish is the South Indian Beef Curry with Kerala Parathe.
