I was driving down the road from the city center and realized that the expansion of the road is in progress.

I have lived in cities where traffic jams can be a nuisance. In Kigali, the jams are bearable and not many people complain.

However, I would like to thank all those concerned with planning for the efforts in commencing the expansion efforts before it is too late.

It is through such pro-activeness that will Kigali will become a model city in the world.
