A host of clubs from Uganda, Kenya and Burundi are expected to spice up this year’s Genocide Memorial tournament set for June 5-6 in Kigali.

According to the vice president of the local volleyball federation (FRVB), Michel Umurame, Uganda is expected to field five teams including defending champions Kampala Amateur Volleyball Club, KCC, Sport S, Nkumba and Nemo Stars while Kenya will field two teams in Post Bank and Kenya Commercial bank (KCB).

Rwanda will be represented by APR, UNR, KVC, Unatek and Christ Roi in the men’s category while Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), Ruhango, UNR and APR will compete in the women fray.

On top of CNLG’s contribution Rwf5million, National Electoral Commission (NEC), Reco&Rwasco and Camerwa have all thrown their weight behind the two-day event.
