I would like to congratulate Dr. Donald Kaberuka for once again meeting the expectations of Africans particularly Rwandans as he takes up his 2nd term in office as President of the African Development Bank.

For the past five years, this distinguished Rwandan has managed to lead a team of people who managed to overcome the food, fuel and financial crises last year.

With such confidence and professionalism, it’s not a surprise that he has been re-elected. Congratulations Kaberuka as you start another five years in office at AfDB.
