Tom Close has completed his new track ‘Nyigisha’—(Teach Me) produced by Uganda’s renowned, David Washington.

Apparently, the reception by his fans has been in high gear because it gives them a taste of what Tom Close has planned for this June, when the track will be launched.

The singer, real name Thomas Muyombo believes that Ugandan studios are more advanced compared to those in the country and that the producers too, are very innovative.

"I can’t say that we don’t have talented music producers in the country, but it’s very obvious that those guys in Ugandan are good and have a variety of studios, which is also an added advantage for the artists,” Tom Close said.

He added that another reason why he decided to produce his track in Uganda was partly because he has a contract with MTN Uganda, which sponsors him to produce his songs in Uganda.

The release of ‘Nyigisha’ comes just a few days after Tom Close had released another single ‘Mama Wabana’, featuring his ‘Goodlyfe’ crewmates Moses Radio and Weasel Manizo TV.

Tom Close joined the Ugandan music group, ‘Goodlyfe’ early this year, and has sold his music regionally as he expands his fan base.
