RWANDA’s ten-time league champions, APR FC, lifted this year’s Cecafa/Kagame Club Championship after a decisive win over Ethiopia’s St. George yesterday at Amahoro stadium.
The military side needed 120 minutes to seal the victory to lift their third Cecafa/Kagame title on home soil.
Malawian born striker, Chiukepo Msowoya, scored the first goal on the 92nd minute of extra-time and set the second goal for Victor Nyirenda to seal the victory on the 96th minute.
