I was delighted to read in yesterday’s issue of your newspaper that in the IFC- World Bank report which has just been released, Rwanda has once again been declared as the best EAC country for business.

This reflects the constant endeavour of the Rwanda Development Board and other concerned government agencies like the Department of Immigration and Emigration to facilitate all those who want to do business with the country.

It is my firm belief that any businessman who visits Rwanda and experiences what the country has to offer, would not hesitate in endorsing the  IFC-World Bank report declaring Rwanda as the best business haven.

I have myself experienced the highest level of customer service from RDB during my recent visit to Kigali just a couple of weeks ago.
