IN bid to bring World Cup finals nearer to students, Bralirwa has offered projectors and DSTV decoders to ten schools in Rwanda.

While handing over the facilities to Fawe Girls School on Sunday, Bralirwa Marketing Officer Freddy Biniga said that the aim was to bring the World Cup finals nearer to students.

"We don’t want to see students sneaking out of school to go and watch the World Cup.”

Other schools set to benefit include Saint Andre, Apred Ndera, Lycee de Kigali, Remera Rukoma, G.S Apace, G.S Saint Aloys, G.S Nyemeramihigo, G.S official de Butare and G.S Saint Joseph Kabgayi.

The 2010 FIFA World Cup will be the 19th edition and the first to be played on the African continent.
