APAPEKI Cyuru vs Gicumbi
NATIONAL women handball champions APAPEKI Cyuru will open their title defense tomorrow with an away tie against Gicumbi.

It is expected to be an interesting contest since Gicumbi are fresh from winning the Labour Day tournament. The side romped to the title after trouncing National University of Rwanda (UNR) 26-20 in the final.

Other would be fixtures; APR vs UNR, Police vs Kigali Institute of Education (KIE) and Kabgayi vs UNR in the women category have been postponed according to Antoine Mbarushimana, the vice president of the handball governing body (Ferwahand).

"We have been asked to postpone the matches because of exams.”
