I have just returned to Mumbai after spending a very interesting week in Kigali, having taken an investor there to explore suitable investment opportunities in the ICT sector.

Please allow me to share with your readers the  excellent customer service we received from the entire team at RDB.

The officers and staff all went out of their way to ensure our complete satisfaction.

RDB completed all the registration formalities in a record sixteen hours, which is even less than its claim of twenty- four hours to complete the registration process.

It is the well coordinated efforts of the varous departments within the RDB which makes doing business with Rwanda such a pleasure.

I am wishing John Gara, Clare Akamanzi and the entire team at RDB a  very successful Investment  Forum in Kigali next week.
