Skol Brewery Ltd has launched its Football Village, offering football enthusiasts an immersive experience where they can gather to watch every match of the world's biggest football tournament, which brings together 48 national teams competing for one prestigious trophy.
Powered by Skol Malt, the campaign seeks to unite supporters in a vibrant atmosphere where they can celebrate the beautiful game while enjoying the brewery's flagship malt beverage.
Located at Camp Kigali, the Football Village, which officially opened on Monday, June 15, will operate daily from 4pm to midnight until July 19, providing fans with a dedicated venue to follow every match live.

In addition to live screenings, visitors will enjoy a variety of entertainment activities, including live commentary by B&B presenters, PlayStation gaming, kicker football, music performances, food stands, and other interactive fan experiences designed to make every matchday unforgettable.
The initiative marks the third edition of the Football Village following successful campaigns in 2018 and 2022, reinforcing Skol Malt&039;s commitment to creating memorable football experiences for Rwandan fans, according to the company.
The grand opening was highlighted by performances from renowned singer and songwriter Juno Kizigenza and DJ Brianne, setting the stage for weeks of football celebration.
What makes the Football Village unique?
Entry to the Football Village costs Rwf2,000, a fee that is fully consumable, allowing visitors to enjoy refreshments while accessing the fan experience.

Beyond watching matches, football fans will have the opportunity to compete in several games and promotions.
Starting from the quarter-finals, PlayStation enthusiasts will compete in a tournament whose overall winner will walk away with a PlayStation 5 console.
Teams of two participating in the kicker football competition will also stand a chance to win a Smart TV along with a DStv subscription.
The biggest attraction, however, is a nationwide promotion that gives football lovers aged 18 years and above the opportunity to win a fully paid trip to the home country of the tournament champions.
To participate, consumers must purchase a Skol Malt, predict the four teams they believe will reach the semi-finals, collect the bottle back labels corresponding to those teams, and upload a clear photo of the four labels on the campaign platform at www.skolfootball.rw.
