Atlético Madrid defender Robin Le Normand arrived in Rwanda on Monday, June 15, as part of activities under the Visit Rwanda partnership with the Spanish club. During his stay, he is expected to visit some of the country's key tourist attractions.

The Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and Atlético Madrid hold a three-year partnership agreement that runs until June 2028, with Visit Rwanda serving as a club sponsor.

Under the deal, the Visit Rwanda brand features on the club’s training kits, match jerseys and across the Metropolitano Stadium. The brand also appears on the women’s first team training and warm-up kits.

The agreement further designates Visit Rwanda as Atlético Madrid’s official sponsor in the Training and Tourist Destination category, while Rwanda’s coffee is promoted through the partnership as the club’s Official Coffee Supplier.

Born in France on November 11, 1996, Le Normand is a centre-back for Atlético Madrid and represents the Spain national team.
