SC Kiyovu have signed midfielder Hakim Hamissi from Gasogi United and defender Emmanuel Kambanda from Amagaju FC, with both players agreeing to two-year contracts.

SC Kiyovu Sports and Rayon Sports have stepped up their transfer activity ahead of the new season, while Musanze FC have confirmed the departure of two senior players.

Kiyovu have signed midfielder Hakim Hamissi from Gasogi United and defender Emmanuel Kambanda from Amagaju FC, with both players agreeing to two-year contracts.

The pair join striker Moise Lola Kanda, who recently arrived from Gicumbi FC, as Kiyovu strengthen their squad following last season’s third-place finish.

The club has also secured the return of Burundian midfielder Richard Kirongozi on a two-year deal after his spell at Police FC.

Midfielder Joseph "Rama” Mugisha and defender Moise Sandja Bulaya have also extended their contracts by two years.

Rayon Sports, meanwhile, have signed Marine FC midfielder Fabio Ndikumana on a two-year contract. He becomes the club’s sixth signing of the transfer window, joining Didier Ndayishimiye, Didier Nshuti, Abbel Matumona, Charles Tchouplaou and Christian Nisingizwe.

At APR, the future of Clément Niyigena remains uncertain after he stayed in Egypt following the club’s training camp in Cairo.

It is believed that the defender has an agreement with Egyptian side Ceramica Cleopatra FC, pending a medical examination.

Rayon are also expected to open contract extension talks with goalkeeper Olivier Kwizera.

Meanwhile, Musanze FC have confirmed the departures of Ashraf Kamanzi and Pacifique Tuyisenge after their contracts expired.

Elsewhere, Gorilla FC have parted ways with Burundian defender Kevin Uwimana and signed Ghanaian defender Issah Yakubu from Police FC.
