LA JEUNESSE and Muhanga will feature in the play-offs of the second division league after crucial wins on Saturday.
La Jeunesse edged Espoir 2-1 while Muhanga thrashed hapless ISAE 5-1 to secure Group B’s slots in the knock out stage.

In the run-in to Saturday’s matches; the race was open as Muhanga, La Jeunesse, National University of Rwanda and Espoir were separated by a mere three points.

Muhanga’s win took the side atop Group B while La Jeunesse, who were relegated from the top flight last season finished second.

Interforce and UNR also secured 1-0 and 2-1 wins to finish 3rd and 4th respectively.

In Group A, Nyanza and Kibuye who had already qualified for the playoffs defeated Intare and Aspor 2-0 and 3-0 respectively.

Etoile de l’Est beat Pepiniere 3-0, while Sorwathe saw off Zebres 2-1 in the other Group A matches.
