Models in physical fitness training

In a move towards excellence, the newly launched Premier Model Agency, has introduced a weekly physical fitness schedule for its models. The exercises are designed to shape model’s muscles, body and attitude. In a move towards excellence, the newly launched Premier Model Agency, has introduced a weekly physical fitness schedule for its models. The exercises are designed to shape model’s muscles, body and attitude.

Speaking to The New Times at ETO Kicukiro basketball pitch, the founder of Premier Model Agency, Jean Claude Ndayishimiye said that physical exercises are vital for models to improve their fitness.

"The exercise will be compulsory for every model. This is a good idea because much as it is in the interest of the agency, it also helps models to stay healthy,” Ndayishimiye said.

The fitness trainings that begun yesterday involve, jogging, stretching, playing basketball and tennis. The agency comprises of 33 models most of whom are students.  

Aurore Mutesi Kayibanda, 18, said she is so excited about the exercising programme because she wants to keep her body slim and elegant.

"As models, exercising will help us to be fit and confident on stage,” she said.
