Moja Rwanda Limited, which was announced in April as the new operator of the National Lottery, has signed a 10-year operating agreement with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB).

The agreement signed on Tuesday, May 12, by RDB chief executive Jean Guy Afrika and Moja Group Managing Director Georges Boukazi, allows the company to operate the National Lottery in line with international standards, with revenues expected to support public-interest programmes that benefit communities across the country.
