The Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration has done very well in publishing its Client Service Charter. I would surely endorse how efficient this public service department is, having myself availed of its online VISA service.

Your editorial in yesterday’s issue concerning customer care within public service is most appropriate. The Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration has done very well in publishing its Client Service Charter.

I would surely endorse how efficient this public service department is, having myself availed of its online VISA service.

While on the subject of customer care and service, please allow me to congratulate Sandra Idossou of Shei Consulting, who is launching the first edition of The ‘Service Magazine’.

Also, special mention should go The New Times for having published a complete series of articles on customer care written by her. Surely both public and private service in Rwanda will benefit from this initiative of The New Times and Shei Consulting.
