The best performers for the BK Pro League 2025-26 season will be celebrate during an awarding ceremony scheduled for June 1 at Mövenpick Hotel in Kacyiru.

The awards gala will recognize excellence across key categories including Player of the Season, Best Coach, Top Scorer, Best Goalkeeper, Best Young Player, Best Goal of the Season, and Team of the Season.

The biggest highlight of the night will be the Player of the Season award, who will receive a car valued at RWF 15,000,000, making it the most valuable individual prize in the ceremony.

Last season, APR FC’s Clément Niyigena was named Player of the Season, while then APR FC coach Darko Nović won the Best Coach award. The Serbian currently coach Al Merrikh, a Sudanese club which is competing in the Rwandan league.

The 2026 edition is being organized in partnership with MA AFRICA Ltd, as the league looks to elevate the scale and presentation of its flagship awards night.

Winners will be determined through a combined voting system involving fans, an expert panel, sports media representatives, club captains, and head coaches.
