Diane Nkusi, a local gospel artist, attributes the success of her album launch that took place on Sunday at Kigali Serena Hotel to God.

"I prayed to God that this launch would be great and move the audience,” Diana said.

The Kigali Serena conference hall was filled to capacity by fans who flocked in to enjoy the performances by both local and foreign gospel artists.

Although Diana was the main performer, her show was almost stolen by local gospel singer Anaella Rusaro and Apollinaire Habonimana, the Burundian singer/songwriter.

Anaella’s glorious voice and her salsa dancers  amazed, while Appolinaire’s saxophone skills thrilled the crowd.
According to one of the guests, Steven Rukundo, Anaella and Appolinaire made his evening.

"I was really moved by Anaella’s performance. She’s really a star and I liked Appolinaire’s saxophone vibes,” he said.
Diana’s 10 album songs, is composed of Zouk, Afro beat and R&B.
