Jolly Mutesi, the celebrated Miss Rwanda 2016-turned entrepreneur and motivational speaker, has set social media ablaze after sharing glimpses of her newly acquired upscale mansion, the latest addition to a growing list of high-profile acquisitions that have kept her in the public eye.
The property, located in Kibagabaga, one of Kigali's wealthiest neighbourhoods, is reported to be valued at Rwf 1.3 billion (approximately $1.1 million).
"When God ordains, He sustains. Matthew 7:7. Rwanda is a place where dreams are born and achieved,” reads the caption of a mansion highlight video shared by the former Miss Rwanda with her one million Instagram followers.
The three-storey residence features a range of high-end amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, home theatre, massage room, pool table room, dining room and a dedicated hair and beauty space, among others.
The mansion reveal comes months after another headline-making acquisition. In October 2025, Mutesi took to Instagram to share her joy as a brand-new 2025 Mercedes-Benz G 63, dubbed "The Beast" — arrived in Rwanda, with the luxury SUV priced at over Rwf 400 million.
Mutesi joins a growing list of Rwandan celebrities who own luxury mansions. Notable names include music producer Ishimwe, musician Tom Close and cinema entrepreneur Wilson Misago, who own properties in Karuruma, Bugesera District, as well as actress Alliah Cool, who recently completed hers in Kibagabaga, and philanthropist and entrepreneur Kate Bashabe, who owns one in Rebero, among others.
