ROME - AC Milan will attempt to overcome the disappointment of their Champions League defeat to Manchester United on Sunday when they return to Serie A action at Bari.

Milan go into the clash with the promoted outfit on the back of a 3-2 home defeat to the Premier League side in the opening leg of their Champions League last-16 tie.

"It’s not over,” boss Leonardo said of the European encounter. "It would have been easier to travel to Manchester having a different score, but my team displayed a good performance and I am confident that it can go to Old Trafford and do well.”

The return clash at Old Trafford is on March 10, meaning Milan can retrain their focus on to domestic matters in the meantime.

They remain in the title race, although their first aim is to leapfrog Roma into second place in the standings.

That will be no easy task, though, as Roma, who host Catania on Sunday, are two points ahead of Leonardo’s men and are looking to make it seven wins in a row.
