Customer Care at Nakumatt still leaves a lot to be desired

Editor, I was dismayed by the poor customer care exhibited by Nakumatt attendants despite the chain store’s assurances to the public that they have professional staff.

I was dismayed by the poor customer care exhibited by Nakumatt attendants despite the chain store’s assurances to the public that they have professional staff.

While shopping at the supermarket on Monday night, one of the attendants refused to attend to me, saying that they had closed, yet the chain store is supposed to work 24 hours. What was more annoying was the attendant’s tone and demeanor while delivering the inaccurate information.

Nakumatt officials should help us and give their attendants some basic customer care training, as it is done in other companies.
