RWANDAN trio of Hudu Munyemana, Celestin Ntagungira and Eric Ruhamiriza were praised for their brilliance in handling the Champions League preliminary stage match between Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) and Zanaco.

Zanaco coach Wedson Nyirenda praised the trio saying that match officiating was of a high standard. URA beat Zanaco 1-0 in the first leg on Friday in Kampala
"I think we lost fairly, we cannot complain about the refereeing,” Nyirenda told Cafonline.com over the weekend.
"We shouldn’t even blame the referees because the Rwandan referees displayed the best officiating I have seen in my career.”

Elsewhere, the trio of Issa Kagabo, Felicien Kabandana and Ambrois Hakizimana also handled the Confederation Cup 2-all draw between Zanzibar’s Miembeni and Egypt’s Petro Jet played in Dar es Salaam at the weekend.
