Equity Market

Yesterday the Rwanda OTC market was quiet as no transactions were recorded.  The KCB shares remained at Rwf 165. At the end of the session, there were no offers or bids.

Monday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), a total of 230,200 shares were traded.  KCB shares traded within the range of 22.50 Kshs (Rfw168) and Ksh22.00 (Rwf165) and closed at Ksh22.00 (Rfw165).

The NSE All share index went down -0.61 points to close at 79.37.

The Bond Market:

The bond market was quiet as no transactions were reported.  At the close of business, there were no buyers or sellers.

There were BCR bank bonds worth Rwf 150 million on offer at Rwf100.50 but no buyers.
