Aleph Hospitality, the Middle East and Africa’s largest independent hotel management company, has signed a new luxury management agreement in Kigali, deepening its presence in Rwanda’s fast-growing hospitality market.

The company has partnered with DND Developers to manage the Best Western Premier – Royal Golf View Kigali, a high-end development overlooking the Kigali Golf Club in Kacyiru. The property is scheduled to open in July 2027.

Once completed, the development will comprise 60 luxury guest rooms and 41 branded residences, alongside two fine-dining restaurants, a modern health club and a swimming pool, positioning it among Kigali’s premium hospitality offerings.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Aleph Hospitality Founder and Co-CEO Bani Haddad pointed to Rwanda’s strong tourism outlook and rising demand for upscale accommodation.

"With a forecasted 1.65 million visitor arrivals and tourism’s economic contribution expected to grow by 13 per cent, there is a clear and growing demand for premium accommodation in Rwanda,” Haddad said.

He added that the project would be a significant addition to Kigali’s hospitality landscape, noting Aleph’s commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences while ensuring strong operational performance for the property’s owners.

Beyond expanding accommodation capacity, the project is expected to generate substantial employment opportunities for local residents, with jobs anticipated across hotel management, operations, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.

DND Developers Managing Director Daniel Mehari welcomed the partnership, expressing confidence in Aleph Hospitality’s regional expertise and track record.

Aleph Hospitality already manages several notable properties in Kigali, including Zaria Court Hotel in Remera, which opened in mid-2025 and is backed by NBA champion and Toronto Raptors President Masai Ujiri.

The company first entered the Rwandan market in 2022, securing the mandate to operate Accor’s five-star MGallery hotel, as well as all facilities within the Century Park Hotel and Residence development in Nyarutarama.
