Rayon Sports have signed a five-year partnership with Tanzanian investment firm Jayrutty Investment East Africa Co. Ltd, a deal that will see the company become the club’s official kit supplier and online membership solutions partner.

Valued at $3.5 million (approximately Rwf 5.09 billion), the agreement ranks among the most significant commercial deals in the club’s history.

Under the terms of the partnership, Jayrutty will supply Rayon Sports’ official playing and training kits while also supporting the development of the club’s digital membership platforms. The initiative is expected to modernise fan engagement and unlock new revenue streams for Rwanda’s most popular football club.

"This agreement is purely business-oriented and very different from the partnerships we have signed in the past,” said Abdallah Murenzi, the interim president of Rayon Sports.

"They will not only supply full kits to our team, but also make these products available to our fans across the country while actively engaging them. It’s a truly win-win partnership,” he added.

Jayrutty Investment East Africa Co. Ltd is a Tanzania-based investment firm with a growing reputation as a key corporate partner in East African football. The company specialises in sportswear, equipment supply, and sports infrastructure development, and has been steadily expanding its footprint across the region.

For Rayon Sports, the new agreement brings an end to their previous kit supply partnership with Kwesa, which had been in place since 2023.
