Algerian top tier side CS Constantine has announced the signing of Amavubi captain Djihad Bizimana for an unspecified fee.

The Rwanda international joins the club just days after bidding farewell to former club Al Ahli Tripoli where he spent one year.

Bizimana, 29, arrived at the Tripoli-based club in February 2025, joining countryman Thierry Manzi. He helped the club win the league title and the Libyan Cup.

He’s now joining another Northern African club which currently ranks sixth on the Algeria Ligue 1 table with 23 points, 13 behind league leaders MC Alger.

The Rubavu-born midfielder previously played for clubs including Rayon Sports and APR in Rwanda as well as Waasland Beveren and KMSK Deinze in Belgium.
