Equity Market

Yesterday the Rwanda OTC market was quiet as no transactions were recorded.  The KCB shares remained at Rwf 172. At the end of the session, 1,015 shares were on offer and no buyers.

Monday on the Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE), a total of 216,200 shares were traded.  KCB shares traded within the range of Ksh22.50 (Rfw170) and Ksh21.75 (Rwf164) and closed at Ksh22.00 (Rfw166).

The NSE All share index went down -0.21 points to close at 77.94.

The Bond Market:

Today the bond market was quiet as no transactions were reported.  At the close of business, there were no buyers or sellers.

There were BCR bank bonds worth Rwf150 million on offer at Rwf 100.50 but no buyers.
