Ministers spice up Heroes day tennis tourney

SPORTS and Culture minister Joseph Habineza and health minister Richard Sezibera will spice up this year’s Heroes day tennis tournament which starts today. After getting a bye in the first round, Habineza, who has teamed up with Muhima await the winner between Gatera Kaije and Aimable Mugarouka and Pierre Claver Gatarahiha and Allan Nsenga in the second round.

SPORTS and Culture minister Joseph Habineza and health minister Richard Sezibera will spice up this year’s Heroes day tennis tournament which starts today.

After getting a bye in the first round, Habineza, who has teamed up with Muhima await the winner between Gatera Kaije and Aimable Mugarouka and Pierre Claver Gatarahiha and Allan Nsenga in the second round.

On the other hand, Sezibera and Theo Karenzi play Ndagijimana and Baraoukate in the second round.

In the women doubles, top seed Gisele Umumararungu and Cyiza Firdawusi face Evelyne Ingabire and Cleophas Kabasita while the pair of Megan Ingabire and Claire Umulisa takes on De Briey Valerie and Nthakie Ken.
