I  bet many of you are familiar with the name Mako Nikonikoshwa. He has been around, and he is here to stay.
Mako has come up with live performances, a culture that is poplar in other countries but still developing in Rwanda.

The night theme dubbed "Mako Nikoshwa unplugged” is set for the last Saturday of the month.

According to the veteran, the night is aimed at promoting the culture of live music performances in Rwanda, and to give platform to upcoming artists to develop their talent.

The launch is scheduled to take place on January 30 at Black and White in Nyamata. Rafiki, a.k.a Coga Style is the guest performer—entrance at Rfw2000. However, Mako said that every month there will be a special artist to grace the event.

A few years ago, Mako founded a night theme dubbed "Kinya-rwanda Nite” at Blue Africa Bar on Crested Towers in Kampala-Uganda. The event attracted mainly the Rwandan community and it’s still successful.
