Sheila Keza is 12 years old. Her days’ schedule is always a tight one, even during her holidays.

Keza visits friends; she reads novels as well as her school books. She also plays with her brother and listens to music sometimes. Among all the things that Keza does, there is nothing like exercising. Infact she thinks that it’s only the adults who have to exercise.

And this is the case with most kids and teenagers. They devalue exercising yet it’s the only way to keep healthy and fit. Exercising is too useful to be neglected.

Do you want to improve on your grades in school? Revising alone will not get you there, spare sometime for exercising and you will see the difference. Exercise relaxes your brains. It refreshes your memory and your brain gets in position to even think faster.

Apart from the brain and reasoning, exercise is important for the body.

"Exercising perfects blood flow, it helps the nervous system and also provides immunity to the body,” health experts say.

The experts regard exercise as a way to avoid unnecessary infections for instance; airborne diseases like influenza and cough hardly affect people who exercise.

Exercise is also a way to burn unwanted calories from the body. Much as you eat, you can never suffer from obesity if you exercise.  It’s also important to keep fit both mentally and physically and it’s only through exercise that you can achieve this.

Exercise also helps people discover their talents. It’s all about which exercise you prefer. As some prefer football others may love swimming. The exercise you love most might be your hobby, so you can take it on to another level.

Exercise as well builds discipline. Dedicating to exercising without anyone forcing you means you can as well do more reasonable things out of your life.

And as we exercise on, remember to focus on getting better physically, emotionally and mentally after every single exercise.
