President Paul Kagame, on Wednesday, November 30, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of the newly appointed cabinet ministers, Dr Sabin Nsanzimana, the Minister of Health and Dr Yvan Butera, Minister of State in the Ministry of Health.
The event that took place at the Parliamentary Buildings in Kigali, was attended by senior government officials, members of diplomatic corps, security officers and family members of the new ministers who took oath of office.
While addressing delegates about security in eastern DR Congo, Kagame stressed the need for collective efforts to bring an end to the security challenges in DR Congo, mainly in the restive eastern part of the country.
