Different type of fish for Rwandan famers

KAMPALA- Regional fish farmers currently meeting in Kampala have been advised to apply proper methods of farming to improve and elevate the sector within the region.

Addressing the farmers, Professor Paul Ssebinyansi said that proper feeding of the fish is one of the ways to increase productivity in East Africa’s commercial fish farming.

He said that it is through proper feeding techniques that farmers can keep track of the numbers and rate of growth of their produce.

Ssebinyansi urged the farmers to always keep and regularly evaluate their ponds as it’s one other way of improving on the quality of their fish.
