Rwanda Television (TVR) has been doing well over the last year.

 You have revised your programmes and balanced them well for all categories; the young and grown-ups and for the English and French speaking viewers.
Please, keep it up.

However, I don’t know if broadcasting weather forecasts for your viewers has ever-crossed your mind?

 I think it’s good for them to know the following day’s weather because it helps them to plan for the next day’s dress code and programme.

When you watch the likes of CNN and BBC, they broadcast weather forecasts for the next three to four days.

Well, that may be a little too advanced for us in Rwanda but for a start, at least let your viewers know what the weather will be like the following day.
