Caught stealing
The 2025 American black comedy crime thriller film directed by Darren Aronofsky and starring Austin Butler as a former star baseball player-turned-bartender who unwittingly runs afoul of New York City's criminal underbelly while pet sitting for his neighbor.
The film is based on a screenplay by Charlie Huston, who adapted their 2004 novel. The film's score was written by Rob Simonsen and recorded by the British post-punk band Idles.
Playdate
The 2025 American buddy action comedy, directed by Luke Greenfield, follows Brian (James), a recently unemployed accountant and father who sets up a playdate with stay-at-home dad, with the two then being targeted by mercenaries along with their sons (when Jeff reveals he and his "son” are on the run from both the military and the authorities).
The film stars Kevin James and Alan Ritchson alongside Sarah Chalke, Alan Tudyk, Benjamin Pajak, Banks Pierce, Hiro Kanagawa, Stephen Root, and Isla Fisher.
Frankenstein
Based on the 1818 novel by Mary Shelley, the 2025 American Gothic science fiction film follows the life of Frankenstein, an egotistical scientist whose experiment in creating new life results in dangerous consequences.
Directed by Guillermo del Toro, the film stars Oscar Isaac as Victor Frankenstein and Jacob Elordi as the Creature, while Mia Goth and Christoph Waltz play supporting roles.
Baaghi 4
The latest installment in the high-octane action franchise, Baaghi 4 delivers adrenaline-pumping fight sequences, daring stunts, and emotional stakes.
The film features Tiger Shroff, Sanjay Dutt, Harnaaz Sandhu, who is making her Hindi film debut, and Sonam Bajwa. As the fourth entry in the Baaghi series, it serves as an unofficial remake of the 2013 Tamil film Ainthu Ainthu Ainthu.
The story follows a man who wakes up from a coma and begins a desperate search for his missing girlfriend—whose very existence is doubted by everyone around him.
Play Dirty
Play Dirty, a hard-hitting action thriller from director Shane Black, reinvigorates the classic heist film in a wild jaunt inspired by the unforgettable novels of Richard Stark.
Starring Academy Award nominee Mark Wahlberg as the charismatic, the 2025 film also stars LaKeith Stanfield as Grofield, another recurring Stark character.

I Only Rest in the Storm is a 2025 Portuguese-language drama film produced, co-written and directed by Pedro Pinho.
Starring Sérgio Coragem, Cleo Diára and Jonathan Guilherme the film follows a Portuguese environmental engineer who takes a job position in West Africa, and his complicated relationship with two locals.
One Battle After Another
The American action thriller film follows Bob, a former revolutionary living off-grid in a haze of paranoia with his independent daughter, Willa. When his old nemesis returns and Willa goes missing, he’s pulled back into a violent world he thought he’d escaped.
As father and daughter confront the fallout of their past, they’re swept into a dangerous pursuit led by a corrupt military officer.
