Kiyovu 0-3 Atraco

Atraco piled more pressure on Kiyovu after last evening 3-0 thrashing at Regional stadium in Nyamirambo.

Kiyovu, who spent a lot of money in the transfer period, buying players from rival clubs including Atraco have now lost four of their seven fixtures.

The taxi men side opened the flood gates through striker Jean Lomami in the 11th minute after winger Ismail Habumugisha had curled in a perfect cross in the penalty area.

The Nyamirambo based side were not given room to recover when Lomami’s striker partner Dadi Birori netted the second goal in the 20th minute.

In the 38th minute, Jean d’Amour Uwimana heaped more misery on Atraco’s former coach and now Kiyovu tactician Jean Marie Ntwagabira with a clean header from a perfect cross from Ronald Kamoga to seal the win.

Atraco are now in third position with 16 points, while Kiyovu languish in seventh position with only nine points.

Etincelles are still top with 19 points after Saturday’s 2-1 win over Musanze while APR follow in second place with 16 points.

Rayon Sport dropped to fourth place after they were mauled three goals to nil by Police, their former player Jimmy Gatete grabbed two of those goals.
