Since Christmas is graced with food and drinks, it’s interesting  to hear people’s favorite Christmas meals.

"Wow! My favourite dish is ugali (cassava flour), insombe (cassava leaves) and fish. My mother knows that, she will probably prepare it for me for Christmas. I will also drink Heineken.” Joseph Habineza, Minister of Culture and Sports in Rwanda
