SC Kiyovu is rocked with administrative crisis, a situation that has seen them lose three league matches already this season.

The old giants have been rocked with management issues for some time now, which has resulted in players not getting their salaries on time. All the technical staff and some players have not been paid for up to months.

However, a reliable source told Times Sport yesterday that the club management has offered to pay some of the players. But where does that leave the others and their technical staff?

"The management has resorted to paying individual players while others are not paid. Even the technical staff has not got a single penny since the league started.

"There is no streamlined structure at this club. There is no attention from the administrators and there is no way players will play effectively to win matches,” the source, who is well placed within the club, said.

Head coach Jean Marie Ntagwabira, who is yet to sign a contract with the club is also weighing up his option. Kiyovu lost their weekend’s league match 1-0 to Electrogaz.

The defeat dropped Kiyovu to sixth position with six points from five matches.
