Local artist Miss Jojo’s relationship with most of the local radio presenters isn’t the best after she revealed to a local website that Rwandan music is kept behind by local radio stations that don’t give it enough air play.

The dancehall diva alongside several other prominent artistes, have lately been complaining of radio presenters who no longer play their music because they want some candy.

On the contrary, radio presenters accuse senior artistes for not cooperating. "They don’t talk to the press yet we are the guys who have raised them to where they are today.” said Mike Karangwa a presenter on Rdaio Salus.

However other reports suggest that Miss Jojo called for a press conference last week to bury the hatchet with the media. Hope the dust settled!
