KARONGI – Entrepreneurs in Karongi district have said they are optimistic that the new building belonging to the Social Security Fund of Rwanda (SSFR) will boost business once it is completed.

The building to be complete by next February has over 100 rooms most of which will be rented out as office premises and operation centres for businesses.

"It will help the town of Kibuye grow both in size and general development,” Eugene Twagira, a local trader said.
According to an engineer attached to General Construction Enterprises, there is absolute commitment to ensure the completion of the building on time.

"We have extended work hours well into the night to make sure that we beat the deadline,” the engineer who requested not to be named because he does not officially speak for the company said.
