I was delighted to read in yesterday’s issue of your newspaper that His Excellency,

President Paul Kagame, has been re-elected as Chairman of RPF. This only goes to show the giant strides that have been taken under his able leadership which has been acknowledged by everyone not only in Rwanda, but from all over the world.

His good governance and sound economic policies have enabled the country to reach great heights. 

Wishing Mr.President and the people of Rwanda even greater success in the New Year 2010.
