Which right-hand drive vehicles are allowed registration in Rwanda?

While all vehicles registered in Rwanda are required to have their steering wheel on the left-hand side, a new legislation has introduced certain exceptions.
Left-hand drive vehicles are standard in Rwanda, as the country follows a right-hand traffic system.

According to a road traffic bill which is before parliament for analysis, only a limited list of vehicles would be allowed to operate with the steering wheel on the right-hand side.
Article Five (proposed) of the bill outlines the regulations on vehicle steering wheel, providing that every automobile registered in Rwanda must have it on the left-hand side, except for the following cases:
